Advice and tips for consuming our Cherry Pure Juice

We recommend a daily portion of 75 ml of our organic Cherry juice. Depending on your preference, enjoy the juice undiluted or as a spritzer. You can also use our juice to make fruity spreads and to refine dishes and fruit desserts. You should always keep the opened bottle sealed in the refrigerator and use it up within 5 days.
We recommend a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

What characterises the sour cherry?

The sour cherry (Prunus cerasus) belongs to the rose family and is used as a fruit tree. The fruits bear a hard stone, the so-called stone. The shrub or tree can reach a height of up to ten metres. Today, the cold-hardy plant is widespread throughout Europe. However, in order for the sour cherries to develop their optimal aroma, the plant needs a sunny location.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR CHERRY PURE JUICE AND OUR CHERRY NECTAR?

The Cherry juice consists of 100 % pure juice, while the cherry nectar has a fruit content of at least 58 % and is enriched with water and organic cane sugar. In accordance with the law, no sugar is added to the Cherry pure juice. Fruit juice naturally contains the fruit’s own sugar. The Cherry Nectar has a less intense and sweeter taste than the Sour Cherry pure juice.
